Koehn Social Strategies, LLC (“KSS,” “we,” “us”) runs this website, koehnsocialstrategies.com. This page explains what information the website collects and how we use it. If you sign in to the KSS Growth Portal or use its iPhone app, the portal has its own policy, linked below.

Information you give us

• Contact form: the name, email address, optional phone number and message you type. We use it only to reply to you.
• Booking a call: the Book a Call page links to our scheduling provider (Calendly). The details you enter there, such as your name, email and the time you pick, are collected by that provider so we can hold the call. Their privacy policy applies to that page.
• Email and phone: if you email or call us, we keep the message or the number you called from so we can answer.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to count visits, see which pages and buttons people use (such as tapping the phone number or booking a call), and measure how our own ads perform. They receive details such as your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view, and how you arrived. We use this to understand and improve the website and our advertising. Only the service providers that run the website and help us do the work: Netlify (hosting and the contact form), Calendly (call booking), Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). They handle information only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
